1. Consultation & Design

A design expert will visit your property to listen to your vision and create a customized holiday lighting plan tailored to your style.

2. Custom-Fit Installation

Our trained crews handle the expert installation of your holiday lights, ensuring a flawless and safe display. All the lights are custom cut to your house.

3. Stay Bright Guarantee

We guarantee every aspect of your holiday light installation—from setup to removal. If a bulb goes out or a string slips, just contact us and our team will promptly return to fix it at no extra cost.

4. Removal & Storage

The lights are removed and placed in our facility for storage until next year.

Frequently asked questions

Do I own the lights? And can I keep them on year round?

The lights are leased from GreenCharge, so we typically do not leave them up year-round. However, if you would prefer to keep them installed, we can certainly leave them up for you. The only requirement would be purchasing the lights outright, which can be done for a small additional fee.

When do the lights get installed/removed?

The lights are scheduled to get removed sometime after the first week of January, to early February. However, snow and weather can push the date back. If any strands fall, or bulbs go out before removal, we will fix it as long as weather/surface conditions permit.

What type of lights do you use? Can you use mine?

For the roof and house outlines, we use commercial grade, custom cut C9 bulbs. This ensures a professional finish, with no extra lights hanging down. We cannot install your lights.

Do you offer commercial light installations?

Yes we do! Contact us to discuss a custom display for your business.

How are the lights attached? Will it damage the roof?

Our lights are securely attached using professional clips that fasten to gutters and shingles without causing any damage during installation or after removal.

What color lights can I choose?

Literally any color or color combination! With the type of light string used, we can individually install each bulb in a custom pattern. However, warm white is the most popular for house outlines, and multicolor lights for bushes.
