We constantly monitor the weather using professional-grade forecasting software. When snow enters the forecast, we prepare our equipment and plan our response based on snowfall amount, temperature, timing, and other conditions.

For smaller snowfalls, crews begin clearing driveways as soon as the snow stops. For larger storms and 7 AM Guarantee customers, we may dispatch during the storm for multiple clearings to keep snow accumulation under control.

To provide the fastest service, a plow truck will clear your driveway and ensure vehicles can safely exit the garage or parking area. Sidewalks are not included in this initial plowing and will be cleared separately.

After the driveway is cleared, our crew will clear the sidewalks and walkways around your property. We’ll shovel and snow-blow as needed to provide a clear, safe path around your home.
